2) Product Scope
Vergence provides market data visualization, analytics, and alerts. The service is informational and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
- You make all decisions based on your own judgment.
- Analytics and alerts are probabilistic, not guarantees.
- Past performance does not predict future results.
3) Subscriptions and Access
Plans grant time-limited access to features. When a plan expires, access to paid features ends until renewed or replaced with another plan.
- Plan duration is shown at purchase.
- Prices may change with notice.
- Taxes and fees may apply based on region.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the service or its infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling.
- No automated overload or attempts to bypass limits.
- No misuse of analytics outputs to mislead others.
5) Intellectual Property
All software, content, interfaces, and intellectual property remain the property of Vergence or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service.
6) Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, endpoints, or logic to improve performance and stability.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vergence is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or business interruption.
8) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if there is a violation of these Terms, security risk, or legal requirement. You may stop using the service at any time.
